Mr. Michael Buckley MPhil FIWSc FRSA

Mr. Michael Buckley is an acknowledged expert on the uses and market applications of hardwood species and products, with a Masters in American and European hardwoods and is a Fellow of the Institute of Wood Science and regularly judges Asian furniture design competitions. He monitors the furniture industry throughout Asia and his annual reports of the ASEAN furniture round have been published in journals all over the world, including the renowned CSIL in Milan. He was a member of the Design Development Committee of the Singapore Furniture Industries Council and is now adviser to its Environmental Committee.
